Andrew Hauser is a leader in the manual therapy, rehab, and training space within professional sports. He previously oversaw the Rehab Department for the Los Angeles Dodgers, as well as the Performance and Medical Departments for the Atlanta Braves before starting Continuum High Performance. Andrew was one of the first high performance directors in Major League Baseball. He is able to take many tools and complex systems and integrate them into an easily understandable manner that allows athlete’s to gain autonomy and knowledge of their care.

OWNER + FOUNDER

Alex Hubelbank is a Performance Therapist, S&C Coach and Athletic Trainer who has spent time on both the team and private side of professional sports, primarily in the NBA and Professional Rugby. Her approach bridges the gap between clinical rehab and high-performance training with a relentless curiosity to uncover what others overlook. Refusing to accept “no” as the final answer, Alex built her career by challenging conventional models of care. She’s seen how traditional rehab and training can fail athletes—and she’s made it her mission to change that. For Alex, it’s never just about recovery—it’s about revealing what’s possible. Through her own experiences as a competitive powerlifter, soccer and rugby player, and now a jiu jitsu practitioner, Alex has firsthand experience in raising the bar.

Nate Barry has always been driven by athletics and competition. After his career as a college athlete, he transitioned into strength and conditioning, where he discovered a passion for preparation and human optimization. For him, performance has always been about more than mechanics and biomotor outputs—it includes psychology, spirituality, genetics, cellular health, nutrition, sleep, stress, and skill adaptation. Beyond physical development, Nate is dedicated to helping athletes grow as people. His mission is to prepare them not only to extend their playing careers but also to transition smoothly into life after sport. He believes athletics is the perfect framework to evolve body, mind, and spirit—and feels grateful to walk alongside athletes as they pursue both peak performance and lifelong well-being.

METICULOUS + THOROUGH

Matt has had the opportunity to work with athletes at the highest level across all major sports, both as the team physical therapist and assistant strength coach for the Detroit Red Wings, as well as performance therapist and coach at EXOS. These experiences have developed Matt’s clinical expertise in to a holistic, comprehensive, and client-centered model aimed at bridging the gap between physical therapy and performance, to achieve the highest level of client outcomes.
